We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to support our organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing transactions efficiently, and providing exceptional support to various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions accurately and in compliance with relevant accounting standards and taxation regulations.
  • Store and organize data for audit purposes, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and aging monitoring.
  • Process vendor invoices and customer payments promptly.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Conduct bank, credit card, supplier, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Collaborate on preparing schedules and documentation for external audits.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports as requested by management.
  • Work closely with Operations and Category Management for inventory invoice entries aligned with purchase orders, credit applications, and new vendor setups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Experience in complex reconciliation processes and ability to resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
