Senior Financial Operations Professional

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial operations process. This includes preparing and reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness, monitoring accounts receivable aging reports, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely billing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the financial operations process to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and manage the collection process to ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address any financial issues promptly.
- Develop effective strategies for improving financial processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws affecting our business.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and operations processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
