Job Title: Investment Banking Associate

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and gain hands-on experience in investment banking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with senior team members, execute transactions, and provide high-quality deliverables. Market research includes competitor analysis and industry research to identify opportunities and challenges in niche subject areas.
  • Develop strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums using data from clients and creating transaction structuring, working capital pegs, and LBO models.
  • Analyze financial data to create insights that inform business decisions and drive growth. Work closely with clients to assess strategic alternatives and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage execution processes ensuring seamless transaction workflows and excellent outcomes. Actively contribute to recruiting and firm-building initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in investment banking or comparable fields, preferably with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong academic credentials are preferred but not required. Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling including LBO, 3-statement modeling, and detailed business plan forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders. High degree of independence and adaptability.
  • Directly working with clients, communicating with them, providing services, and addressing client-related matters independently. Highly driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
