Job Summary

About Our Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering comprehensive financial plans, conducting thorough analyses, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver financial planning, analysis, and reporting services to product-related functions, ensuring accuracy and relevance of financial commentary.
  • Support the development of business cases for new product initiatives, working closely with Product Managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Play an active role in budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing key inputs to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Compile and assess monthly financial reports to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and clearly presented.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision-making, utilizing advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools.
  • Manage and continuously improve financial models and reporting tools to support effective analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in building a career in Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and preferably has experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strongly driven and detail-oriented, consistently producing accurate, high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Shows willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA to support career development.
  • Displays excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach to tasks.
