Job Overview

As a member of our IT operations team, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of our company's systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure, system and data security, and endpoint security management.
  • Maintain and manage client infrastructure, including configuration profiles, compliance profiles, and application deployments.
  • Monitor performance of company systems and ensure issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage Helpdesk tickets, planning and prioritizing systematically to minimize backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering preferably minimum of 3 years as L2 in an MSP environment.
  • Relevant IT experience and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps with experience in developing and customizing business applications.
