Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers by providing assistance, recommendations, on best products and services to meet their needs and/or resolving their issues.

  • Assist customer journey in using digital channels via face-to-face digital user assistance or education
  • Attend to sales and service needs of customers
  • Approve and process sales and services applications and transactions in the system
  • Process payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
