Building Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of building operations, including facilities management, tenancy and lease management, and overseeing maintenance services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of building operations, including facilities management and maintenance services
  • Oversee tenancy and lease management, including identifying and negotiating new leases and renewals
  • Sources and manages outsourced service providers to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective maintenance
  • Ensures all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations
Requirements:
  • Licensed Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar role within property management
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Organized and able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data
