As the Section Head of CI and Appraisal unit, Appraisal Officer preferable with PRC license is responsible in supervising and reviewingCorporate Credit Investigation, Credit checking and Appraisal reports submitted by the CI Assistant and Appraiser whether internal or external to ensure that all Project and Individual Appraisal Reports, are align to service level agreement,accurate, sufficient and acceptable per Bank's InternalCreditpolicies and procedures in adherence to BSP's standards.

Project and Individual Appraisal

  • Reviews submitted documents for Appraisal request and follow-up status of Appraisal endorsements

  • Monitors settlement of Appraisal fees for accounts to be endorsed for appraisal

  • Checking and monitoring of submitted documents for endorsement of appraisal whether thru internal or external appraisers

  • Coordinates Appraisal endorsements to accredited service provider

  • Coordinates weekly schedule of Internal Appraiser to monitor field works

  • Coordinates with Business Banking/Lending Department with regards to Project Appraisal concerns

  • Reviews correctness of Appraisal Reports prior issuance to users/requesting unit

  • Reviews acceptability on offered collateral per Bank's Internal Credit Policies

  • Reviews and submits daily status of Appraisal request to Business Banking/Lending Department

  • Reviews and submits weekly Appraisal Tracker Report

  • Ensures that scanned or Digital copies of Appraisal Reports are properly and completely uploaded at Turn Key and Bagon

  • Ensures that issuance of Appraisal Reports are within the agreed turn-around time

  • Ensuring to provide an unbiased appraisal reports and that the collateral provides a safety margin for the bank to prevent loss in the event of foreclosure

Credit Investigation

  • Reviews CI reports and credit checking results for Business loans

  • Supervises CI Assistant during CI interview and processing of Business loans to various platforms

  • Coordinates with Business Banking/Lending team third party service providers for Business loans field and CI verifications

  • Monitors CI status and update for Business loan applications on a daily basis

  • Facilitates trade checking with clients and suppliers for Business loans

  • Monitors Turn-Around Time and Service Level Agreement on reports being submitted by internal and external CI

  • Coordinates with Business BankingBusiness accounts with various CMAP, NFIS and TransUnions hits

  • Coordinates with Credit Evaluation team for additional CI concerns or findings

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year college course

  • At least two (2) years experience in related field

  • Licensed Real Estate Appraiser ;Credit Appraisal and Investigation

  • Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
