Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth through lead generation and management.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to advocate for clients' businesses and maximize sales opportunities.

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve operational activities based on client priorities, including lead generation and database management.
  • Prospect for new clients daily from various sources via phone calls, chats, and emails.
  • Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc., via phone calls, chats, and emails.
  • Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads.
  • Conduct lead follow-up and nurturing until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and emails.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior telemarketing experience preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication skills in written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.
  • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and diverse workloads.
  • Work independently following client business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
Onboarding Process

  2. Brivity Bootcamp | A two-week program covering our platform, Brivity, and assessing ability to apply knowledge in a simulated real estate environment. Passing all assessments is required.
  3. Client Match | While in Brivity Bootcamp, potential clients may be met. The goal is to match you with a client as soon as possible.
