Job Role: Lead Generator / Appointment Setter

Are you a proactive and results-driven professional looking for a challenging role that involves identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, booking appointments for sales teams, maintaining CRM data, following up with prospects, and contributing new ideas for lead generation?

We are seeking an individual who can excel in this position and contribute to our team's success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and book appointments for the sales team
  • Source and categorize leads using tools like Google Maps, targeting main roads and industry types
  • Maintain and update the database, including follow-up reminders and contact details
  • Identify and qualify leads (hot, warm, cold)
  • Send relevant information to leads as required
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and track progress
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation efforts
  • Support email marketing campaigns by entering leads and tracking responses
  • Conduct bulk email marketing regularly

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales
  • Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is preferred
  • A creative mindset and willingness to try new lead generation approaches
  • Proactive, self-driven, and strong work ethics
