Job Summary

We are seeking a driven professional to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist. This position involves making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Make phone calls to introduce and promote products/services to potential clients.
  • Identify leads by gathering information on potential clients' needs and interests.
  • Evaluate leads based on their needs and potential as clients.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings with the sales team for qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Follow a script to ensure consistency and accuracy in information delivery.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear phone manner.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
