Accounting Manager

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank statements to guarantee the integrity of our financial data.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage payment runs for approved invoices and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, confirming adherence to guidelines.
  • Audit all financial transactions in the accounting system with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers to facilitate timely collections.
  • Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and other key accounts.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Support and oversee the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reporting is accurate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
