Chief Financial Operations Specialist

The Accounting Officer plays a pivotal role in providing strategic management accounting services to support organizational decision-making and planning. This includes financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting business data for internal use.
This position involves conducting thorough analyses to forecast and assess performance plans, presenting findings to Departmental Heads to aid operational decisions. The focus is on maximizing revenue opportunities through informed pricing and profitability decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of financial reports for Execom and Department Heads.
- Oversee revenue management operations, including client costing, CE creation, and transaction management.
- Provide insights to inform long-term and short-term strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal clients to meet deadlines and resolve discrepancies in financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management for Department Heads and DBMs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1-2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
