Chief Operations Coordinator

The Chief Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting senior executives, ensuring seamless organizational performance and effective communication.

This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing executive calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements;
  • Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for senior executives;
  • Leading and hosting meetings or conferences as required;

The ideal candidate will oversee special projects and initiatives from start to finish, track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, prioritize and screen incoming communication, and respond on behalf of executives when appropriate.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, and the ability to lead meetings, host conferences, and manage high-level discussions.
