We are seeking an entry-level software support specialist to provide consultative support for Tyler's ERP Pro software to municipalities nationwide. This role offers significant growth potential through development of technical and customer-facing skills.

About the Role
  • Provide inbound support to resolve client inquiries and problems, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Analyze data reports, forms, and web technologies in line with training and understanding, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Determine whether to resolve issues personally or escalate to a more experienced team member, exercising effective decision-making and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  1. Support clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  2. Use Tyler's client management system to create, track, and update details on client issues, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency and quality.
  4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, applying this expertise to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot basic to moderate issues.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities in a technical environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.

Additional Information
