ERP Implementation Accountant Role SummaryThis role is responsible for assisting with the migration of accounting systems and implementing ERP solutions.Key responsibilities include:
  • Mapping data from customer's old systems to new accounting ERP system
  • Chart of account creation, mapping, and upload
  • Journal entry or Trial Balance uploads for historic data, mapping all accounts, vendors/customer names, and any desired fields
  • Entering/Uploading Bills, Invoices, and/or contracts to set up their schedules in the accounting system
  • Assisting with reconciliations to compare balances between old GL & new ERP or Other Integrated Systems & new ERP
  • Account/Schedule Reconciliations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of accounting experience and US GAAP proficiency
  • Previous experience with client onboarding or systems migration
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Understanding & experience with SaaS accounting & metrics (ASC 606 rev rec, ARR/MRR, etc) preferred
  • Experience with Stripe a plus
