Job Summary:

Provide second-level systems support to end-users on various applications within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with IT Helpdesk in providing support to end-users

  • Performs internal unit testing and user acceptance testing.

  • Develops user manual for all system applications and provides training to end-users.

  • Monitors and evaluates existing applications and suggests system improvements/enhancements

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of experience in application/systems support.

  • Knowledgeable in SAP and other ERP sytems. Must have good understanding of various business applications.

  • With good communication and analytical skills

  • Has strong customer service orientation and has good interpersonal skills; has the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details
