Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial & Management Accountant with strong ERP and manufacturing systems expertise. This role combines financial accounting, management reporting, and ERP optimization. The successful candidate will help ensure data integrity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize ERP dashboards, custom reports, and data integrity checks.
  • Manage general ledger, month-end close, reporting, and compliance.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, and overheads.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis tied to operational metrics.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for manufacturing and supply chain functions.
  • Automate reporting processes and integrate ERP with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Collaborate with the China and Australia teams, providing insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).

5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance and management accounting.

Hands-on ERP experience (Pronto Xi, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).

Strong technical skills in ERP query writing and dashboard/report development.

Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView).

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable for collaboration with Chinese teams.
