Channel Partner Growth Specialist

This is a key role for a Channel Partner Growth Specialist to grow the pipeline from the NetSuite ecosystem and other construction-tech partners. The position involves running a repeatable marketing engine to convert traffic into qualified leads, opportunities, and customer advocacy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate 6-8 new leads per month sourced or influenced by partners.
  • Cultivate 12-18 active, producing partners, with at least six NetSuite Account Executives regularly bringing in business.
  • Improve the website's lead conversion rate to at least 2.0% and the MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion rate to at least 30%.
  • Create at least six named customer stories and secure four or more public reviews.
  • Establish a quarterly webinar schedule and co-host 2-3 industry events.
  • Document playbooks and repeatable processes, such as sales/partner onboarding guides, co-sell playbooks, and webinar/event checklists.

The Channel Partner Growth Specialist will also be responsible for building and owning various programs and core processes including partner strategy & operations, growth marketing engine, and core processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SDR.
  • Fluency in the NetSuite ecosystem and experience in both partner management and marketing.
  • Comfort with CRM and marketing operations.
  • Ability to allocate 60% of their time to partner-sourced pipeline and 40% to marketing conversions and assets.
