Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to spearhead our reporting operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data-driven leadership roles, advanced Power BI and SQL skills, and the ability to manage a team of analysts and present to executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior leadership
  • Lead cross-functional reporting initiatives with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Manage a team of 5-10 analysts and ensure reporting consistency
  • Audit and enforce data quality standards
  • Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting or data leadership roles
  • Advanced Power BI and SQL skills
  • Experience managing data teams and presenting to executives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack and Asana
