We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our reporting operations, drive strategic decision-making, and build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

The Strategic Reporting Manager will oversee the development and implementation of reports that inform executive-level decisions. This involves building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, preparing regular reports for leadership, and managing cross-functional reporting initiatives. Additionally, this role requires experience in data quality management, auditing, and enforcing standards.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations. A strong understanding of remote collaboration tools is essential for effective team management and stakeholder engagement.

\Requirements\
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in reporting or data leadership roles\
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and SQL\
  • Experience in managing data teams and presenting to executives\
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills\
