High-Level Support Assistant

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our organization's founder.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and enabling executive focus.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be fluent in spoken and written English, and have strong technical expertise in Google Sheets, including dashboards and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the founder's inbox and calendar with precision
  • Coordinating tasks and projects efficiently
  • Handling financial coordination and basic reporting
  • Developing standard operating procedures from existing processes
  • Maintaining data dashboards and handling data entry
  • Preparing weekly/monthly business performance reports
  • Booking travel and handling ad hoc administrative tasks

To excel in this role, candidates must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting an e-commerce founder
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets, including dashboard creation and reporting
  • Proven experience in inbox/calendar management, SOP creation, and business reporting
  • Exceptional organizational, detail-oriented, and proactive abilities
