Job Overview

The IT Operations Senior Analyst position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT services. This senior analyst is responsible for supporting ticket dispatching, overseeing the activities of junior IT Service Management Assistants, and managing the administration of ManageEngine Service Desk.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supports Ticket Dispatching and Chat Support: The IT Operations Senior Analyst will support the smooth operation of ticket dispatching and chat support, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Supervises Junior IT Staff: The analyst will oversee the activities of junior IT Service Management Assistants, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance.
  • ManageEngine Service Desk Administration: The IT Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing the administration of ManageEngine Service Desk, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Handles Projects and Enhancements: The analyst will handle all projects and enhancements related to other service desks, including the Support Service Desk.
  • Ensures IT Governance and Compliance: The IT Operations Senior Analyst will ensure that IT governance and compliance standards are met, maintaining the integrity and security of our IT systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • ManageEngine Service Desk Plus Knowledge: The analyst should be knowledgeable in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
  • Key Technologies Familiarity: Familiarity with key technologies such as Microsoft 365 is necessary.
  • Ticketing System Experience: Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ManageEngine or Service Now, is highly desirable.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL certification is preferable.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP): Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is also preferable.
