We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive our expansion efforts and connect with potential clients who need security services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team with potential clients needing security services
  • Conduct B2B outreach to businesses throughout California that could benefit from security solutions
  • Follow established company processes and standards for lead generation and client engagement
  • Collaborate with business development managers and team members to optimize results
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM systems

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or appointment setting roles, with a strong track record of generating leads and setting qualified appointments. Excellent communication skills are required for professional client outreach and relationship building.

This is a remote position, requiring the ability to work independently while meeting performance targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools is also preferred. Self-motivation, strong time management, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
