The role we are hiring for involves providing high-level technical support to clients.

This is a specialist position that demands problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, time management and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are met through proactive case ownership and responsibility
  • Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver speedy resolution of client issues
  • Take ownership of cases escalated to Microsoft, managing communication between customer and vendor
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and lessons learned activities
  • Provide reactive and proactive patching services including risk assessment and scheduling
  • Work closely with the Technical Escalation and Service Delivery teams on root cause analysis and escalations
  • Manage vendor escalations and participate in regular audit processes to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Mentor and share knowledge within the team
