
Global IT Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, resolving their IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
You will work closely with our global remote teams to understand client needs, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IT issues involving multiple systems. Your excellent communication skills and ability to document all actions performed in near real-time will enable you to log tickets effectively.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in IT, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience working in a Shared Service Environment. You should also be proficient in utilizing general office applications (MS office applications) and communication tools (Email Clients, Corporate Instant Messaging).
This is a full-time position that requires a mid-senior level candidate with a solid understanding of information technology concepts and practices. - Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, instant message, etc.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IT issues involving multiple systems.
- Log tickets for each call with clear and concise documentation.
- Maintain high CSAT scores based on user feedback.
- Analyze ticket issue trends to identify recurring incidents and lead efforts to determine root cause and mitigation strategies.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in a Shared Service Environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Email Clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
