Global IT Support Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Global IT Support Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team in delivering exceptional 24/7 IT support to over 7,000 users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a global Service Desk team in providing top-notch IT support.
  • Implement customer-centric strategies to drive high levels of user satisfaction.
  • Drive service transformation by leveraging AI, automation, and self-service innovation to streamline operations.
  • Ensure operational excellence by tracking KPIs, SLAs, and service quality.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and align with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing a global or large-scale IT Service Desk in a 24/7 environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks.
  • Hands-on use of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, Halo, Jira, or Remedy.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Success in implementing AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work and improve user satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of automation platforms, workflow tools, or AI-driven solutions that streamline operations.
