Job Title: Global Mobility Professional

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the full lifecycle of international assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations and company policies.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the pre-assignment, on-assignment and repatriation processes for expatriates, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals.
  • This role requires strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes and international assignments as well as excellent organizational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with external vendors for relocation services, housing and travel arrangements
  • Collaborating with other compensation and benefits teams to provide guidance on tax, payroll and benefits considerations
  • Developing and maintaining expatriate policies and documentation

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as management or human resources
  • At least 3 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management or HR
