The role of a Global Communications Specialist is to support the development and execution of high-quality communications plans and campaigns.

This involves working in a global team to implement content, including media, campaigns, digital (web and social media), and crisis communications.

The successful candidate will have experience with the energy sector, industry, technology, and be proficient in MS Office, as well as having a strong understanding of design and business tools.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of content, including media, campaigns, digital, and crisis communications.
  • Design, implement, and deliver communication plans and deliverables, writing and maintaining company content on the web and social media.
  • Create presentations, infographics, graphics, and other communications content according to brand guidelines.
  • Publish content in internal newsletters, Intranet, and web, working with stakeholders to implement key communications in web and social media.
  • Develop and execute integrated corporate campaigns, collaborating with web editors and social media specialists to provide content guidance.
  • Coordinate with regions for content translation, analyzing social media and web metrics, competitive benchmarks to identify gaps and improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze crises using tools like Meltwater, Sprout Social, managing projects, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters or bachelors degree in communications, business, marketing, or other relevant discipline.
  • 4-5 years experience in communications or marketing fields, or related professional experience.
  • Business fluency in English with strong writing skills.
