Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and verify security documents for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements
  • Experience in financial services or related industries (mortgage experience preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience handling US Loan or Mortgage tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
  • Knowledge regarding liens and closing documents is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in written communication is necessary.
  • Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English are expected.
  • Great organizational skills and time management abilities are vital.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity is essential.
  • Experience using customer communication and task management programs is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services is required.
  • Flexibility to work within designated hours and be available to support the team as needed is a must.
