Job Details

Talent Acquisition Associate is a position that involves sourcing and interviewing candidates for corporate positions, gathering data for recruitment reports, and resolving issues proactively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and conclude the fitness of candidates.
  • SOURCE AND INTERVIEW CANDIDATES FOR IT/BPO/SHARED SERVICE CORPORATE POSITIONS.
  • Assist in gathering data needed for recruitment reports.
  • Resolve reporting issues proactively and inform supervisors of hot issues.
  • Provide suggestions to improve recruitment business processes.
  • Support various recruitment processes with administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree holder with relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of volume/corporate hiring experience (leadership hiring is an advantage).
  • BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritize work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Adapt to flexible schedules.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Learn and apply basic skills appropriate for the position.
  • Duties and tasks are standardized under direct supervision.
