Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist will work closely with the TA Manager to manage recruiting operations, source candidates, and onboard hires. This role is responsible for managing various aspects of the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

  • Manage recruiting operations, including sourcing, pre-screening candidates, and onboarding hires.
  • Communicate effectively with assigned sites regarding show-up information for invited candidates.
  • Keep track of adherence to sourcing workflow process and provide feedback on any related issues or concerns.
  • Execute special projects as required and submit daily productivity reports to HR TA Manager.
  • Adhere to company standards for time and attendance, leave protocols, and allowed break hours.
Requirements
  • Graduate in any discipline or at least 2nd year college diploma.
  • At least 1 year experience in BPO or any field.
  • Strong oral English communication skills.
  • Amenable to working night shifts.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
