Job Title: Corporate Actions Specialist 

The role involves the management of corporate actions, encompassing data analysis, entitlement monitoring, and timely processing of events. Responsibilities include preparing MI reports, participating in business governance calls, working with clients to obtain responses and elections, and verifying entitlements with custodian banks.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical ability and communication skills
  • Knowledge of securities instruments and investment process
  • Proficiency in MS Office and third-party data platforms such as Bloomberg and SIX
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Two to five years relevant work experience
  • Amenability to hybrid work arrangement, including night shift schedule
