Job Title: Key Account Growth Manager


As a Key Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships with key NetSuite partners to drive revenue growth. Your primary goal is to establish and maintain strong relationships with these partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage key partners and increase pipeline growth.
  2. Collaborate with partner teams to develop and implement joint marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and conversion.
  3. Conduct regular check-ins with key partners to assess their needs, provide support, and ensure alignment with our growth objectives.
  4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by developing and executing account plans that drive revenue growth.
  5. Establish and maintain metrics to measure the success of our partnership efforts, including pipeline growth, deal closure rates, and overall revenue contribution.
  6. Document and share best practices, playbooks, and repeatable processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across our partner ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in the NetSuite ecosystem and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
