Human Resources Generalist Role

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for implementing HR strategies to support business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, selection, training, and development
  • Coordinate employee events and activities, fostering a positive work environment
  • Prepare and analyze reports and data related to HR metrics, informing business decisions

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology or related field (e.g., Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences)
  • At least 5 years of experience in human relations and training functions in a manufacturing firm
  • Experience in job evaluation, compensation, manpower planning, and development
  • ISO certification knowledge/experience
  • Audit background (internal and/or external HR-related audits)
  • Knowledge of wages, labor laws, and industrial relations
  • Proficient in personnel management tools and techniques
  • Working knowledge of various labor laws affecting employer-employee relationships
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

Work Environment:

Must be able to join immediately if hired. Availability is required to work at our Rosario location with regular business hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesdays until 4:00 PM, and Saturdays until 11:00 AM.

The ideal candidate must have strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
