Strategic HR Leader

This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering guidance and driving initiatives that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with stakeholders, providing strategic HR guidance, leading change management efforts, and ensuring initiatives align with business priorities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders to understand goals and challenges.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance that drives performance, engagement, and workforce alignment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics tools.
  • Experience in the BPO industry is highly desirable.
