Warranty Repair Specialist

As a warranty coordinator, your role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with owners about breakdowns or accidents to inform them of the repair process
- Liaise with suppliers and staff to ensure vehicle repairs are undertaken efficiently and within quoted costs and technical guidelines
- Assist with conflict resolution escalation
- Coordinate vehicle registration activities
- Prioritize client repairs tracking and follow-up
- Provide assistance with vehicle-related questions
- Find repair solutions balancing owner experience and business expense considerations
- Negotiate optimal outcomes for client satisfaction and resolve conflicts
- Track progress to inform owners of solutions and repair status
You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all warranty work is covered under warranty provisions.
If you have mechanical trade qualifications or similar, a diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism, and at least 1-2 years of guest services or customer service experience, we encourage you to apply.
