Ensures the smooth and efficient execution of service operations. The role supports the Service Operations Supervisor in monitoring services rendered across various branches. This includes monitoring service income coming from implemented initiatives such as promotional campaigns, telesales, and outreach to previous customers for preventive maintenance and repair services.

Monitors the after-sales services rendered across the branches, e.g., utilization of coupons/warranties, repair of repossessed units, preventive maintenance, etc.

Coordinates with the various branches to monitor productivity of branch mechanics, availability of spare parts for the service operations needs, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

1 year of exposure in customer communication activities, frontline service operations support, customer service, and workshop operations.

Education

Must be a college graduate (preferably BS Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field).

-Proficient in Microsoft Applications

-Strong mechanical skills and expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems are essential.

-Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools specific to the industry is often required.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with team members, customers, and other departments.

-Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.

-A solid understanding of the industry and the specific equipment, machinery, or vehicles serviced is essential.

-Must have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers
