Job Role Overview
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to oversee warranty claims and ensure seamless customer service delivery. This involves maintaining effective communication with clients regarding breakdown or accident-related matters, collaborating with suppliers and staff to expedite vehicle repairs, and coordinating vehicle registration activities.
- Manage and track warranty claims, providing timely reports via phone, email, and online live chat.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding the repair process, ensuring they are well-informed about their issues and treated with a customer-centric approach.
- Work closely with suppliers and staff to guarantee efficient vehicle repairs within quoted costs and technical guidelines.
- Offer support to the department in conflict resolution escalation.
- Coordinate vehicle registration tasks.
- Assist in prioritizing client repair tracking and follow-up.
- Provide assistance to clients and other departments with vehicle-related inquiries.
- Finding repair solutions that balance client satisfaction and business considerations.
- Negotiate optimal outcomes for client satisfaction and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Ensure owners are kept informed of repair progress.
- Supply technical and logistical solutions to branches to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Maintain accurate technical information in the company database.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A mechanical trade qualification or equivalent.
- A diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in guest services or customer service.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer expectations and conflict.
- Experience in managing suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic communication style.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
