Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Warranty Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service group, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving conflicts related to vehicle repairs.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and logistical solutions to minimize vehicle downtime and ensure correct technical information is recorded in our database.
  • Liaise with suppliers and staff to ensure vehicle repairs are undertaken efficiently and within quoted costs and technical guidelines.
  • Assist clients and other departments with any vehicle-related questions and provide assistance for conflict resolution.
  • Negotiate best possible outcomes for client satisfaction and resolve conflicts as required.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent.
  • Diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of guest services or customer service experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Experience in handling customer expectations and conflict.
  • Supplier management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic communication style.
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.
