Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled coordinator to manage warranty-related matters effectively.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with clients, providing timely updates on the repair process, and resolving conflicts when necessary.

  • Communicate with owners regarding breakdown or accident-related matters, providing clear information about the repair process and conflict resolution.
  • Liaise with suppliers and staff to ensure efficient vehicle repairs within quoted costs and technical guidelines.
  • Negotiate best possible outcomes for client satisfaction and resolve conflicts, escalating as required.
  • Assist with prioritizing client repairs tracking and follow-up, ensuring owners are informed of solutions and repair progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent experience
  • Diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism
  • At least 1 to 2 years of guest services or customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Experience in handling customer expectations and conflict
  • Supplier management experience
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic communication style
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
