Payroll Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll process, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for employees, including final pay, 13th month, and tax annualization.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll entries and accruals in the accounting system.
  • Provide guidance on current legislation relating to payroll.
  • Prepare and issue BIR 2316 documents.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and intermediate to expert MS Excel skills.
  • Strong background in Accounting and Payroll Processing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Sprout or similar payroll/accounting tools is an advantage.
