Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our team as a Customer Program Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective execution of all order management, including production, NPI, and RMA orders.

As a Customer Program Specialist, you will work closely with customers to provide order and commercial status updates, and maintain customer dashboards, scorecards, and UCT ERP system. You will also be responsible for obtaining missing order information from customers, ensuring on-time shipments, and reconciling with customers weekly.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a semiconductor or similar industry, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial discipline. Successful completion of a negotiation certification course is desired but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective execution of all order management
  • Communication with customers regarding order and commercial status updates
  • Maintenance of customer dashboards, scorecards, and UCT ERP system
  • Obtaining missing order information from customers
  • Ensuring on-time shipments and reconciling with customers weekly
  • Resolving production scheduling and shipping blocks in the ERP or escalations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a semiconductor or similar industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial discipline
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills and Qualifications

As a Customer Program Specialist, you will require strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. You will also need to be proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and MS Project, and have experience working with databases such as SAP or related ERP systems.
