Payroll / Compliance / HR Specialist – Cebu

Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing, maintain accurate books of account, and ensure full BIR tax compliance. This role will be instrumental in supporting our fast-growing team and refining our financial and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Calculate salaries, benefits, statutory deductions, and oversee salary disbursements


• Record all financial transactions and maintain manual books of account


• Prepare and submit monthly BIR filings for payroll and other applicable taxes


• Collaborate with finance and HR teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes


• Stay up to date with changes in Philippine tax regulations and labour laws

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing and tax compliance


• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and BIR processes


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting/bookkeeping software


• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
