Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Subject Matter Expert for Financial to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing floor support, learning sessions, coaching & feedback to agents (Subject Matter Expert), assisting in driving metrics of the team, monitoring closure of service levels regularly, ensuring prompt escalations to Team Captain, and supervising team in the absence of the Team Captain.

This position requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently within established procedures and practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive latitude for independent judgment and the ability to analyze process-related problems and suggest possible solutions.

As a Subject Matter Expert for Financial, you will also be responsible for guiding and training junior team members and facilitating their work. Additionally, you will demonstrate mastery of required behaviors/competencies such as the ability to teach/coach other agents and/or support the program by performing data analysis work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of college education with at least 12 to 18 months of call center experience.
  • Ability to think clearly and explain complex issues effectively, both above average written and verbally.
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail and ability to solve complex issues.
  • Can train others.
  • Willing to report onsite with shifting schedule.
