  • Serve as the final point of contact for high-risk or sensitive customer cases.
  • Oversee cases involving credit holds, overdue accounts, disputes, and delinquencies.

Key qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. A strategic thinker able to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions is ideal.
