Job Title: Solution Integration Specialist

This role involves guiding clients through the onboarding and setup process, from the time a purchase order is signed until their account has been activated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer support, provide troubleshooting assistance, and offer training to new clients in setup.
  • Perform outreach efforts via phone, email, and text to engage with clients during setup.
  • Consistently follow up with all clients in setup who are experiencing roadblocks.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries to provide exceptional customer support.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a support, training, or customer service role.
  • A professional demeanor at all times.
  • Consistent work habits and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
System Requirements:
  • A processor with a speed of 2GHz or higher, preferably Intel Core 5 or 7.
  • At least 16GB of RAM and 100GB of free disk space.
  • A USB headset with noise-canceling features.
  • A wired connection with speeds of at least 20Mbps and up for the primary internet service provider.
