We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Professional to extract, transform and load client data into disparate target application databases.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have experience in data integration and be proficient in using various software applications to complete data processing jobs timely and accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse and document scope of work for data integration projects
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure invoice mapping standards are utilised in the onboarding process
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and work with them on verifying that data is converted correctly
  • Develop and maintain communication links with trading partners and oversee integration of information
  • Create mapping designs or documents and deploy completed systems, providing maintenance support
  • Use all available software applications to complete data processing jobs timely and accurately
  • Run validation processes to ensure integration accuracy (mapping, validation and rules errors exceptions related to mapping activities)
  • Troubleshoot translation or process flow issues and make modifications needed to support solutions
  • Quickly gain working knowledge of products to review converted data with customers and answer questions
  • Assume responsibility for integration-related support calls from all customers both internally and externally
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, conveying commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues
Requirements
  • A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Auditing or any computer-related field
  • Experience in data integration or logistics (minimum 2-3 years)
  • Strong background in root cause analysis, research and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of EDI, XML, JSON and other scripting languages (a plus)
  • Data mapping experience is a core requirement
  • Intermediate SQL or other query languages
  • Experience in Informatica System (a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible shift arrangement
