Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Professional to collaborate with our sales team in designing and proposing customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to take ownership of all technical aspects throughout the sales process.
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions that meet client-specific needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in post-sales activities with large customers, ensuring continuity and success in the customer's subsequent adoption, usage, and future expansion.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in designing and architecting IT solutions and supporting the process of selling complex IT solutions to large enterprises.
  • Experience with multiple technology companies and cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • Passion for technology and ability to act as an advocate for products in discussions with potential customers and partners.
  • Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting, preferably with distros like Ubuntu and RedHat.

Desirable Skills
  • Experience in Windows administration and troubleshooting, especially with Active Directory and NTFS permissions.
  • Familiarity with filesharing solutions.
