Job Overview

Operations Excellence Manager

This role is responsible for leading operational excellence and driving strategic growth within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, fostering business growth, and developing effective strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of parts and service management, ensuring seamless performance and accurate inventory management.

You will also lead the development and execution of growth strategies, identify cost reduction opportunities, and maintain an organized service job schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee all aspects of parts and service management

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role
  • Proven ability to manage a team and foster business growth
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to actively engage with customers to assess service quality and needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent

About the Role
  • Work setup: Remote
  • Schedule: Night Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM PH Time), Monday–Friday
